1. Made to Order Every VASH piece is made to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf; your garment is cut and constructed after your order is confirmed. This is what makes each piece considered, and it is also why the terms below matter.

2. Production & Dispatch Time Orders are dispatched within 10–14 working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. This timeline covers production only; delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. We will notify you when your order ships.

3. Sizing All orders are made according to our Size Guide. It is your responsibility to review the Size Guide carefully and choose the size that matches your measurements before placing an order. We make exactly what you order. If you are unsure of your size, contact us using our contact details on the contact page before purchasing and we will help.

4. Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Production begins only once payment has been confirmed. Prices are listed according to your location and may change without notice, though the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations Because production begins shortly after confirmation, changes or cancellations can only be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

6. Returns & Exchanges As every piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please use the Size Guide carefully.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will repair or remake the item at no cost to you. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached.

8. Alterations Garments that have been altered by a third party cannot be repaired, remade or reviewed under any claim.

9. Colour & Fabric We make every effort to show our pieces accurately. Slight variations in colour, print placement and texture may occur due to screen settings and the nature of our fabrics and original prints. These are not considered defects.

10. Shipping & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been handed to our courier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details. International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

11. Delivery Details Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. VASH is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Re-delivery costs will be borne by the client.

12. Intellectual Property All designs, prints, images, logos and content on this website belong to VASH and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

13. Changes to These Terms VASH may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.

14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
